What's your secret sauce?

Five ways in which I think I have Human Capital:

Listening with empathy- I know the difference between empathy and sympathy and the power of putting myself in other people's shoes. The ability to see other’s perspectives and allowing oneself to feel what others are experiencing is crucial to being respectful and treating others equally, regardless of who they are or what they are going through.

Hardworking – My ability to see a problem and address it head on. As well as put my blood, sweat, and tears in to something I care about.

Open-minded intellect – I’ve had some unconventional experiences that have shaped how I see the world and opened mind to so much more. But without other knowledge and constantly learning, being open-minded is useless it is all about what you do with it.

Communication/personable - One of my strong suites in life has always been my ability to convey what my thoughts, feelings, and perceptions verbally. While there are many people may possess this ability, however, mine is truly unique because I know the power of my own voice.

Go with the flow- Just living life trying to understand myself and the world around me through exploiting my other unique human capitals in the effort to benefit the greater good.

Interviews:

Reflection:

I think what stood out the most was that an underlying theme in each interview was how I listen to others and that I am usually there for them. However, my sister kind of pointed out my inability to say no to helping others.
I think they were all correct about me and I don't think that is shocking, because my family and friends know me very well. This exercise was overall uplifting, who deosn’t like to compliment their friends and also be gassed-up by them? I would not make any corrections to my list, however, I am always learning and improving so this list could be subject to change in the future.

Happy spring break, peace out!
